The fireplace has long been synonymous with the domestic environment: a symbol of home, warmth, and hospitality.
Not only acoustic vibration—the crackling of embers diffusing through space, but also visual vibration. The satin-finished metal surface, brushed in multiple directions, generates beams and light interferences.
Light fringes, slightly inclined, respond to space and presence, producing everchanging reflections. Light fragments, multiplies, and moves through the space like flames themselves.
The fireplace is a center: a place around which domestic life ta kes shape. Lare embodies this centrality. It does not rest against a wall, but exists fully within the three-dimensionality of space. It is a containing object, yet at the same time expansive. Its presence is declared—a vibration that radiates outward, engaging space, objects, and people.
